What this website is for
It describes SmartCare HMIS and lets you contact us or apply to become a client. Sending a message or an application does not create a contract. A facility becomes a client only when it signs a written agreement with us, and that agreement — not this page — sets out the service, its price and our obligations.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. SmartCare HMIS is software for running a health facility; it does not diagnose or treat, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified practitioners.
Using the website fairly
- Give accurate details when you contact us or apply, and only details you are entitled to give.
- Do not send automated or bulk submissions, try to get around the “I’m not a robot” check, or probe, overload or disrupt the website or the systems behind it.
- Do not use the website for anything unlawful, or to send anything harmful or misleading.

We work to keep this website accurate, but its descriptions of features, integrations and results are general and may change as the product does. What a facility achieves depends on its own setup and use. Pricing, scope and availability are confirmed in writing before any agreement.

The text, design, graphics and software on this website belong to Cognivex Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but not copy, adapt or republish them commercially without our permission. SmartCare and SmartCare HMIS are names used by Cognivex Limited.
