SmartCare holds the clinical records of people who did not choose us and mostly do not know we exist. They gave their information to a hospital. These are the documents that say how we look after it.
Asking us something
Write to privacy@veltrixlabs.com. A client hospital can see a fuller set — the processing agreement, what is encrypted, the continuity plan, the record of processing and the impact assessment — from inside its own SmartCare system, without asking anybody.
